Asbestos & Synthetic Mineral Fibres

• Bulk Material & Soil Analysis: Qualitative identification of amosite, chrysotile, crocidolite, organic fibres, and synthetic mineral fibres using Polarised Light Microscopy (PLM) with dispersion staining, in accordance with AS 4964 and in-house Safer Environment Method 1.
• Airborne Asbestos Fibre Counting: Membrane filtration method per National Occupational Health and Safety Commission Guidance Note (2005) and in-house Safer Environment Method 2.
• Synthetic Mineral Fibre (SMF) Counting: Airborne SMFs enumerated using NATA-accredited membrane filtration methods with supplementary in-house validation.
• Advanced Fibre Identification: SEM-based analyses for fibre confirmation and discrimination.

Lead & Hazardous Metals

• Lead Analysis: Paint, dust, flakes, surface wipes, and soil with detection well below regulatory thresholds.
• Metal Analysis: Arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), copper (Cu), nickel (Ni), lead (Pb), zinc (Zn), mercury (Hg) using NATA-accredited methods.
• Organic Contaminants: TRH, BTEXN, PAHs, organochlorine (OCP) and organophosphorus (OPP) pesticides, and PCBs.

Soil & Waste Classification

• Soil Contaminant Testing: Metals, organics, hydrocarbons.
• Waste Classification: Determination of contaminant concentrations to support safe disposal or reuse.
• Excavation Material Assessment: Testing of fill, imported soils, and excavated material.

Water Sampling & Analysis

• Surface, Groundwater & Potable Water Testing: Comprehensive chemical, physical, and microbiological analysis.
• Metals & Nutrients: Including lead, mercury, arsenic, nitrates, and phosphates.

Respirable Dust & Silica

• Respirable Crystalline Silica: Quantification via XRD or equivalent NATA-accredited methods.
• Airborne Dust: Welding fumes, diesel particulate matter, VOCs, and general workplace dust.

Mould & Microbial Analysis

• Air Sampling: Spore traps and viable sampling for airborne fungal spores.
• Surface & Bulk Analysis: Tape lifts, swabs, and material analysis.
• Laboratory Methods: Identification to genus level, NATA-accredited and validated in-house.
